Summary/Abstract: The modern Ukrainian aesthetics has been thinking about the experience of postclassical theoretical-aesthetical schools of France, needs a dialog between Ukrainian and French scientists. The article is devoted to the analysis of French aesthetics of the XX сentury, especially to their phenomenology and structuralism.
