Features of setting duo form in folk-stage choreography

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the main forms of a duet dance – a dance in unison "of both", a couple dance of a man and a woman, as well as a dance – dialogue. Knowledge of these forms pecularities are necessary for future choreographers, as a success of duet dance performing in folk – stage choreography considerably depends on the idea of a producer concerning functions of two partners dance in a certain case.
