Summary/Abstract: The official use of the Bosnian language is realized in the publication of laws, resolutions, regulations and other documents in the official gazettes of B&H. During the preparation of these texts, certain forms are selected from a multitude of morphological, syntactic and lexical plurality abounding in the Bosnian language standard. In this paper, we will outline some of the forms or constructions that are chosen and used in these texts at the expense of other normatively equivalent forms. In this way, the spread of the use of a single form is supported and thus it becomes a kind of the representative feature of the official use of the Bosnian language.
