Summary/Abstract: This paper researches how the single variables: beauty, art, depiction of the human body and character define gender stereotypes of digital game characters. These variables are becoming at the same time the subject matter of the communicative discourse, which is realized in the English language. The search for the meaning and understanding the issue is accomplished and cultivated through the communicative approach of the teaching process.
