Summary/Abstract: This article is an attempt to demonstrate the benefits of using the action research in pre-school education. The aim of the work is to show the basic assumptions of the discussed method and its usefulness in working with hyperactive and shy children in kindergarten. The work contains a description of the educational and research project implemented with using the selected areas of art (music, art, drama and dance).
