Criminal analysis of the phenomenon of the “reverse drug distribution chain”

Summary/Abstract: One of the most serious problems is the shortage of pharmaceuticals on the Polish market. This poses an immediate threat to the health and well-being of patients. The author tries to answer the question whether the system created to fight against pharmaceutical crime in Poland is sufficiently efficient and does not require any correction. Difficulties in the fight against pharmaceutical crime were also highlighted and the proposals for solutions to this problem. The author sees the need to increase international cooperation in the fight against fraudulent drug dealers (specially when comunited within organised crime phenomen).
