Summary/Abstract: The article contains an overview and analysis of the most important legal instruments in the field of prevention of human trafficking in terms of regulations on the rights of victims. The problem of human trafficking is not a new one, but each year its dimension changes. Thanks to the development of new forms and new ways of recruiting and the signs and scope of criminal acts are also changing. The aim of the work is to highlight the multidimensional initiatives, but also to draw attention to the need to integrate action at the universal and regional levels (European example).
