In frames of the first tract of action the Commission pointed out strengthening security policy in terms of the network and information and fighting cyberattacks on computer systems. In terms, the second direction was dedicated to among others carrying out an analysis on forming the European centre for cybercrime, strengthening the fight against crimes in cyberspace and cyberattacks on the international level, reinforcing the cybersecurity and creating the pan-European team of reacting to computer incidents. Despite the six years passed since the starting point of that works, the European Union has still been trying to fulfil the assumptions and strive to develop the legal basis of cyberspace protection.
