Summary/Abstract: The article reflects the practical application of statistical methods asquantitative methods to support the decision making process of the enterprise.Statistical methods are characterized by a high degree of flexibility of use, allowingyou to explore the phenomenon both quantitative and qualitative. Using elementsof descriptive statistics should be aware of adequate levels of perception, becausein practice it may be impossible to use statistical procedures.
