Summary/Abstract: This material mades a comparative analysis of opinions of students chose pedagogical profile and key professional characteristics necessary functions of modern teacher competencies, formulated as a result of research. For this purpose is represented fragment seminar session devoted to the issue. The analysis of the views presented here points to several conclusions:– There is a large degree of approximation between the opinions of experts and students on the issue, though expressed in different language.– Students give great weight to the purely personal characteristics of the teacher – fairness, balance, positive attitude towards students.– Another characteristic is that, indicating significant competencies students have discovered and contraindications of the profession characteristics.
