Summary/Abstract: The article presents the systematized and classified material from the archive of Ethnographic Institute with Museum at BAS which are sources on the subject. By grouping them in different themes, geographic and periodical ranges and quantity is outlined the condition of the data base, specific features and problems of the field ethnographic study of city culture. This view gives good information about the data in the archive and is most useful for every scholar.
