Summary/Abstract: The article considers a sense correlation of the range of definitions: creativity – creative art activity – artistic environment. It investigates an art activity as an important factor of forming of the modern artistic environment. A significance of extra studying creative cultural arrangements on the formation of the creative personality and art environment is proved.
