Summary/Abstract: In the article the vocal tradition is seen in the aspect of the phenomenon of Ukrainian culture. The Analysis of «philosophy of heart» as mental concept of the Ukrainian ethnic makes it possible to consider vocal traditions as part of «ethno philosophy».
