Summary/Abstract: The hospitality industry requires a continuous investment to comply with the demands and requirements of the tourist. That is why, in this document discusses the financing strategies that implement the leaders of that industry to obtain the resources that facilitate their permanence in the market. The research addresses through the quantitative paradigm and it makes use of a survey for the collection of information. The main results givean overview from the perspective of managers and hotel owners about the funding strategies where stands that the family hotel industry is in stages of growth and expansion, its leaders have a high degree of experience and main implemented strategy is the reinvestment of profits.
