The Role of the Project Team in the Implementation of Crossborder Projects

Summary/Abstract: The issue discussed in the study relates to the question of how to deal withdifficult situations, conflicts in the team, composed of different people. Contributor totake such a problem was the situation, the international linked to the conflict in Ukraine,which was reflected in the design work. The aim of this paper is to show the role peopleplay (gathered in the form of a project team) carrying out cross-border projects. Thestudy uses empirical evidence obtained through telephone interviews and an onlinesurvey among the project leaders (Cross-border Cooperation PL-BY-UA) from across theregion of Podkarpackie.
