Summary/Abstract: The Romanian Orthodox Church from Banat, faithful to the Orthodox principles and commandments, has always been an institution in service of her flock. Thus, because the Romanians from this region desired to be united with the Romanians from all other provinces, the Church, through its ministers, supported this desideratum. After the World War II, when the moment for this unification came, the bishops, the deans and the entire clergy from Banat were, alongside all political representatives of the people, the first fighters for the national ideals of unity.
