Summary/Abstract: The life of modern man, globalization and technology, leads us into the era of ever increasing openness of data vs. the conspiracy of the committed offence. The use of special investigative actions, moving on the edge of human rights protection, is the only means of defense against the plight of the modern world - corruption as part of organized crime. Legislative precision + procedural correctness + education and courage = adequate response.
