Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present the influence of factors on the therapeutic efficacy and results of group interaction. Analyzed a series of therapeutic authors summarized the experience of leading academics and practitioners in group and coaching methods are clarified, and their manifestations for the client and for the group as a whole in the practical training and therapeutic group work.
