Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to analyze the functions of a Cognitive Integrated Management Information System used in order to application a Big Management conception.The first part of the paper presents the characteristics of the Big Management conception taking into account new management paradigms and Big Data. Then the functions and properties of Cognitive Integrated Information Systems Management from the point of view of its application as a Big Management, has been analyzed.
