Summary/Abstract: In the times of globalization, enterprises and especially managers have to face new challenges concerning cultural differences. Under these circumstances, the main managerial role focuses on coordinating and leading the organizational change towards culturally diverse organization. The main purpose of this research is to examine the role of managers, as agents of diversity culture, and organizational leaders’ perception of this role.
