Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the matter of the re-use of public sector information, new regulation in Poland that came into force in 2016 as a result of the implementation of the Directive 2003/98/WE. The article presents definitions of re-use and public sector information, and also shows detailed explanation of the legal construction of principles governing the re-use in Polish law.
