Keywords: orientation in Romanian literature;

Summary/Abstract: This issue's survey strives to find out to which orientation in Romanian literature some of our writers would subscribe. Most of the five writers featured on the first page seem to manifest a certain reticence as to literary classifications, mentioning precariousness as a leading trend in today's writing. The next four writers seem to share the tendency of avoiding literary labelling. They help defining certain orientations in Romanian literature, without openly subscribing, though, to any of them. Hovewer, the reader will easily discover a set of values which help shaping a diverse type of creative universe.
