Summary/Abstract: The paper presents innovative forms of investment and modern concepts used in management of resources in the real estate market. The presentation showed how powerful instruments can be used by managers in the real estate market, with particular focus on modern networks of the entities connected with this risk including agents, appraisers and real estate managers. The emphasis was also on innovations in the financial services market and contemporary concepts of innovation management. The study supported the hypothesis that innovative forms of investment in the real estate market and effective procedures of modern management concepts represent key factors in both European and world economic development.
