PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT - BETWEEN NECESSITY AND REALITY

Summary/Abstract: This work is a theorethical presentation of what it means to have succesful carrer development and proffesional integration. This study is based on the data that was extracted from the reaserch that has been done regarding the same problematic. The conclusions show that professional integration in education and career development is a continuous process that is closely linked to both external and internal factors. It is also very important that the young graduates of the psycho-pedagogical training programs for the teaching career are valued, determine the positive impact that comes from the work done at the school level, and provide them with alternatives of laughter and pedagogical action.
