Summary/Abstract: The article takes the issue of Mother-Scientists at universities. Special attention was focused around the possibility of conflict of roles (work-family life and family life-professional work). Social roles were presented by contemporary women. Addressed are issues relating to the specifics of scientific work. In the article it was decided to try to show the opportunities and barriers to accompanying Mother-Scientists.
