Summary/Abstract: The fight against terrorism by stopping its financial suport represents the main activity in combating eficiently this crime. Therefore all the states in the world must form organism and institution wich with the support of a solid legislation to be able to fight eficiently the financing of terrorism through the well known ways and strategies resulting from the income based an illegal trafic of drugs and recently culminating with the concept of money laundering to finance terrorism.
