Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this paper is to reconstruct all new legal components of the legal term „financial stability” and to underline its multilevel understanding and possible meanings of that term, which should framed the new Financial Stability Safety Net in the new supervisory architecture of the EU, where the financial stability is considered as a prerequisite of creationand market law application. The main thesis of this paper is assertion that the financial stability is multielement, multilevel and multifunctional term, which could and should be refered to both, the EU and domesticlevel as a whole, to financial institutions and supervisors and also to the clients of the financial market. This shows the opinion, that the legal term„financial stability” is to fulfil as a result of the balance, compromise and accomplishment of the financial market participants legal interests.
