Summary/Abstract: In a highly competitive global economy, it is becoming more and more obvious that the real organizational competitive advantage is represented by the employees. The organization’s members are the most important assets, and the manner they are organized and mobilized depends on the knowledge, skills, competencies, attitudes and behavior of the people in management structures. Management structuctures determine the direction of organizational activities in order to achieve the goals and objectives in the most efficient way, without affecting the quality of results. However, most of the time, organizational success does not depend only on the education and skills of the employers, but also on the way the employees perceive their relationship with the organization
