Summary/Abstract: The application Oracle Siebel CRM is part of the integrated IT system for managing services provided to National Archives clients, a project that has as major objectives the efficiency and integration of the entire integrated IT system of National Archives. The application Oracle Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has been implemented in the National Archives to manage the individuals and legal entities that the institution relates to, the requests submitted by them, all the activities that are deployed to solve their requests, the way and the time to solve them. At the Public Relations Office level, Oracle Siebel CRM manages records of all incoming requests through all access ways (mailpost, email, fax, etc.). The possibility of querying the CRM application database makes it more efficient to retrieve all data related to a request, more detailed information, which was not possible when the records of requests were held on the basis of the entry-exit registers.
