Some current challenges of the religious life

Summary/Abstract: Renewal of life in the light of the charism has been a fixed challenge, which faces each institute of the consecrated life. This problem is highlighted in the current teaching of the Magisterium of the Church, which underlines aspects of the charismatic fidelity, appropriate formation and concern for religious vocations. Renewal of love of God and humans is the guarantor of fidelity of vocation for each consecrated person. It makes it happen that consecrated people become the prophetic sign of the presence of God in the world and directs us toward the ultimate goal of a human being that is the unity with God.
