Summary/Abstract: Over the past several decades, there has been an extraordinary and a growing body of research that denotes the importance of school climate. This article will examine the concept of school climate. More specifically, this paper aims to shed light on the role that school climate may play in school life and inform leaders how to create a positive school climate in order to increase schools’ effectiveness.
