Summary/Abstract: The changes in the clubs field of Sumy region at the 90-s of XX th – beginning XXI th century are analyzed in this article. The major problems of the establishments of club type in Sumschina are specified. Тhe mainlines activity and the prospects of development for clubs in the region are identified in this paper.
