Summary/Abstract: Knowledge is an essential part of an organization (including the military organization) and all of its components should be taken into consideration by managers and leaders. Considering the above mentioned aspects, the Romanian Armed Forces should develop a framework for enhancing the organizational memory,with emphasis on lessons learned and underlying the intangible value of human knowledge.
