Summary/Abstract: This paper is meant to show how the e-training is used in the mathematical e-modeling of the kinematic and dynamic characteristics for improving the execution technique of the clean and jerk style in performance weightlifting. This scientific approach led to the organization of an ascertaining experimental study carried out during the European Weightlifting Championships for Juniors Bucharest, 2011, with a group of 7 athletes, finalists in 56 kg category. The following research methods were used in this study: bibliographic review of the specialized scientific literature, video computerized method using the capture and video processing program named „Pinnacle Studio” and the specialized programs for biomechanical analysis of sports technique - „Kinovea” and „Physics ToolKit”. In order to highlight the biomechanical characteristics of the key elements in clean & jerk style technique, the biomechanical analysis was made in two parts: a) start, straightening, flipping, dip, lifting – moment of concentration; b) split jerk, the drive and the overhead barbell locking. A number of 19 attempts were analyzed from biomechanical point of view; afterwards, the results of the kinematic and dynamic characteristics and the performances achieved in competition were correlated in terms of statistics. The results of the research show the linear correlation significance of the indicators of the translational movement biomechanical features in accordance with the anthropometrical, biomechanical and performance parameters of junior weightlifters in order to elaborate the mathematical model of the clean & jerk style in performance weightlifting. The efficient use of e-training in the mathematical modeling of the biomechanical characteristics and sports performances of junior weightlifters created the possibility to further address the sports technique of the clean & jerk style and the more effective processing of the modern didactical programs meant to improve it.
