Summary/Abstract: Several codes were amended in April 2018: the Fiscal Code, the Fiscal Procedure Code and the labour Code. Moreover, certain regulations were amended as well, among which we indicate the following: the National Education law no. 1/2011, the Law on cadastre and real estate publicity no. 7/1996, Law no. 78/2018 on the exemption of the personnel paid from public funds from paying certain amounts representing taxable income, as well as the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the competition for promoting court clerks to management positions and the regulation regarding the assessment of the professional activity of judges and prosecutors. Law no. 81/2018 on the regulation of telework activity was adopted in April, as well.
