Summary/Abstract: The transformation of modern society into information society with the change of social and cultural norms has intensified the process in which ideas formed within the framework of one culture are actively transferred and implemented into the cultures of other countries. The author draws attention to the need to analyze foreign cultural educational ideas and general social and cultural meanings that stand behind them, for their compliance with the sociocultural and educational meanings prevailing in the host culture. Integrating psychological and linguistic-cultural approaches, the author proposes a method of determining these meanings in the graphic pictures and then the author analyzes the picture that illustrates information about continuing education, which is available on the website Delloite’s Center for the Edge.
