Summary/Abstract: Pashko Vasa, one of the first and the most prominent, of that generation of ideologists, organizers and writers of the Albanian Renaissance who with their activity and their works brought a great service to the national awakening and unity, the whole and the independence of the Fatherland, Albanian culture and the progress of its people. Pashko Vasa, a senior official of the Ottoman administration, evidenced founder of the League and its program. He also tried to convince the Sublime Porte and the Sultan about the mutual interest of the establishment of this organization. At the same time, he was heavily involved with the competence and authority to the realization of this idea in the forefront of successful efforts in its establishment. He worked steadily for arguing the goals of this Albanian organization and protecting the national rights of our people in the European arena for the internationalization of the Albanian cause. It is about an intense political, diplomatic and scientific literature on the eve of and during the years of the league. In our studies, all this colossal help of Pashko, especially its culminating moments, to this day, have not found the proper reflection, even when it is noted that they are left in the shadows. For this reason, the task remains to be addressed in a comprehensive manner the major figures of this remarkable Renaissance to the early hours.
