Summary/Abstract: The article examines the prerequisites for implementation of joint entrepreneurial activity, as well as limitations and risks that hinder. It presents entrepreneurial networks and industrial (business) clusters as modern forms of business. Referred to are their main advantages and disadvantages. Finally, an attempt was made for a comparative analysis of the two discussed forms.
