Summary/Abstract: The paper looks at topics, related to the formation of youth policy in the Republic of Bulgaria since 1989 until today. Its goal is to point out the legal foundations of its organization. The management of this policy is analyzed through the prism of the public sector and normative basis. The paper is oriented towards a wide circle of professionals who are working for the realization of youth policy.
