Summary/Abstract: The analysis deals with two decisions of the CJEU adjudicated in 2014 and 2015. The issues presented in them pertain to the principle of institutional balance in the procedures for concluding international agreements between the EU and third countries or international organisations under art. 218 of the TFEU.
