Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to clarifying the specifics of the object of offense against the political rights of citizens. It analyzes the relationship of criminal law with the constitutional law on determining which rights are political. Based on this analysis, there are drawn conclusions about the system of crime, affecting the normal practice of political rights, as well as protection under criminal law.
