Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to label fully the powers of the head of State of Bulgaria in the military sphere in the duration of the Turnovo Constitution. It was concluded that no clear concepts in the text of the Constitution prerequisites for the concentration of excessive power in the hands of the monarch.
