Summary/Abstract: In this study we have researched whether there is a connection between creative teachers and better achievements of pupils in schools. This study included 58 professors and teachers, and 134 pupils in elementary and secondary schools in the Una-Sana Canton. The pupils' task was to evaluate the creativity of their teachers, while teachers were tested in the field of creativity and intelligence. Some of the questions that we will try to answer in this paper are: does a higher IQ also mean a higher expression of creativity, and does a more creative teacher encourage pupils' success?
