To the question about the entrapment in criminal law

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the problem of entrapment. A short survey of the academic views on the problem, as well as the jurisprudence, is made. Finally, a suggestion is put forward to reconsider the provision of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code and to encourage the debate to set up a legal frame of the entrapment in the Special Intelligence Methods Act.
