Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to examine and analyze pupils' Extrinsic motivation for learning in the teaching process, and to compare pupils' Extrinsic motivation in primary schools in Sarajevo and Kiseljak. Thus, the respondents were pupils from the 8th grade from the following primary schools: "Kovacici" in Sarajevo and "Kiseljak 1 '" in Kiseljak. Two research methods have been used: Survey method (because we wanted to analyze and interpret the data obtained on the basis of surveys of primary school pupils) and the Comparative method (with this method we note the similarities or common features and differences between primary schools in Sarajevo and Kiseljak).
