Managerial competence in modern organization

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the management qualifications in modern organization and their impact on the results of work reached by managers. It emphasized the need to improve interpersonal competences in business and also highlighted the leadership qualities and their divisions. The structure of the article also includes the presentation of selected managerial roles.The article referred to issues of training and courses and forms of improvement of managerial competences. The results of the participation of people working at individual levels of management in managerial training for the subject were then analysed. The text also includes the importance of the development process of people sitting on managerial posts.
