Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this article is to show the ways of using Content marketing in the context of business activity. The tools used in traditional marketing became insufficient. They are focused on ephemeral interaction and do not provide direct communication with a customer. Content marketing is the answer to the change which occurred in the way of treating customers and dealing with their needs. Most popular tools used in content marketing in years 2015 and 2016 were presented. The last part is the summary, which con tains of forecasts of tools and techniques that will be used in Content marketing in 2017.
