Summary/Abstract: After the declaration of the independence of Central Asian countries in 1991, the Republic of Turkey immediately recognized their independence. And was established diplomatic relations with the new governments. The role of the Turkish government and Turkey in Central Asia and the Caucasus as a whole can be divided into three stages. With the intentional activities, these republics are expected to have political, Economic, cultural importance to other countries. Oil and natural gas exploration in the Turkish Republics and participation of some of the consortia in operating the oil and natural gas resources of the region. They have demonstrated his serious presence in pipeline construction for exporting oil and natural gas in the region and has been able to supply gas and oil, Plans to move through the territory of Turkey with pipelines and to move safely in the region. The main issue on which we base our oil transit is to pre-introduce the infrastructure existing in oil transport between Iran and Turkey and to profit from these potential assets. In this article, Pipeline connection via Iran, Road and Railway connection and transportation of petroleum products are explained.
