Summary/Abstract: In recent years the concept of inter-organizational network has often been used in academic discourse both in the field of public administration and public management. It is not only a popular analytical concept allowing to describe the complex interactions of political sense often associated with the implementation of public policies, but has also become the base on which alternative solutions in the management of organizations pursuing public services can be arranged and developed.
