Summary/Abstract: The development of modern linguistics and related sciences leads to an increase in interest in communicative problems of language. The national features of communicative behavior that we encounter represent the collective habits of the people, manifested in the choice and preferability of the use of various communicative strategies and means of communication (both verbal and nonverbal). The various forms of address used by participants towards each other are always an important component of any interaction. As part of the very complex phenomenon of verbal politeness, terms of address reflect verbally the status of interpersonal relationships. In the course of the analysis, are used the parameters from Hoffstede model.
